You don’t know even half the pain I felt that day you left.
You never cried the way I did that day you broke my heart.
I wish you saw me crying myself to sleep just for you to know how much my world had fallen apart because of you.
I wish you were there that time when I was depressed.
I wish you were there those nights when I can’t sleep.
I wish you were there at those moments I needed you the most.
I wish you were there to hold my hand and stroke my hair and tell me everything’s gonna be alright.
But you weren’t there.
And I just have to continue moving on even though I got nowhere else to go.
