Don't lie to yourself. If you love someone, then just admit it. I don't mean you have to tell about that to others, but at least, just be true to yourself. Don't run away from what you're feeling because wherever you go, it is always be with you.
And it isn't really hard to realize who's the one actually :]
Be calm,
close your eyes,
and the first person come across your mind
is the one.
